Level 10 Collective ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we use it, and the rights you have — including your rights under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect
Information you give us. When you join through this site, we collect the first name and email address you provide.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, we record basic usage data — pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location (from your IP address), and how you arrived at the site. Our analytics and advertising tools (see Cookies below) only collect data after you have accepted them.
How we use your data, and our legal basis
Under the GDPR we must have a lawful basis for using your data. We rely on the following:
Consent. We send you the challenge, community details and related updates by email because you asked to join (you can withdraw any time by unsubscribing). We also load our analytics and advertising tools (the Meta pixel and Metricool) only if you accept them — you can change that choice at any time (see Cookies below).
Legitimate interests. We keep basic first-party records (such as our own server logs and the attribution described below) to run and improve the site, balanced against your rights and freedoms.
Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie or similar technology is a small piece of data stored in your browser. We use them in three ways:
Essential & functional — needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. Always on.
First-party attribution (separate from the pixel) — when you arrive from one of our own posts or from a coach's personal link, we store a short code in your browser for up to 30 days so we can connect you to the right coach and understand which of our posts brought you here. It is first-party, shared with no one, and works whether or not you accept the advertising pixel. It is never used for third-party advertising.
Analytics & advertising — off by default — the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Metricool analytics are the only third-party tracking we use, and neither loads until you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. Once accepted, they measure which content brings men to the site and help us reach similar people with ads. If you decline, nothing loads — and you can still join normally. Our fonts are served from our own site, so no third-party is contacted before you choose.
Changing your mind. You can accept or withdraw at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page — it reopens the banner so you can change your choice. If you decline or withdraw, these tools simply stop loading on the pages you view next.
Who we share it with
We use trusted third-party service providers ("processors") to run the site, our email and our analytics — for example our email platform (MailerLite) and analytics/advertising providers (Metricool and Meta). They may only process your data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers
Some of our providers are based outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). Where your data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses — to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep your name and email for as long as you're subscribed and for a reasonable period afterwards, and analytics data for as long as it remains useful. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; receive it in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email help@level10collective.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
Children
This site and the program are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
